1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.

• Original tags and packaging must be intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Items purchased on sale or discount.

• Worn, washed, or damaged items.

• Customized or altered products.

4. Return Process

Customers must courier the product to the return address provided by our support team.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, customers may choose one of the following options:

• Refund via bank transfer, which will be processed within 3–5 working days after approval.

• Exchange for another product, subject to stock availability.
